Finding out what works!

Just a head’s up to everyone who’s interested, my second blog post for Tosca Reno will be live tomorrow afternoon. This time around, my blog will describe what actions have been “working” for my body. Some suggestions to finding balance, and what I have been doing to ensure a healthy mind, body and soul.

Flexitarian

Hello everyone!
I hope you’re having a wonderful Friday.

I just wanted to share my post on Tosca Reno’s website, click here to read it.
In short, it’s about my eat-clean journey and my experience with the flexitarian life.

Check out my challenge for everyone, and hopefully you will be on board.
I would love to hear your feedback and/or your own stories about your own vegetarian/pescetarian/flexitarian adventures.

Luvs,
Amanda

Lately…

As you can see, my goal to start blogging sort of failed. Ha!
I started a new job about 5 weeks ago, which has taken over a chunk of my schedule but now that I’m settled in, it’s blogging time!  Life is good, I have a great new job in entertaining/event marketing and I’ve been enjoying the beautiful summer weather!

Some fun news, tomorrow you can see my guest blog for The Eat-Clean Diet, on Tosca Reno’s blog.  Just a short article on my experience with the ECD and practicing eating well, and working on my fitness and health.

To check out the blog tomorrow (May 25),  go to  http://toscareno.blogspot.ca/ and tell me what you think!

Amanda

Guest Blogger for The Eat-Clean Diet Vegetarian Cookbook

About 4 months ago I purchased my first Tosca Reno Book ‘The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged,’ and it made a sufficient impact on me. I learned how to eat healthy in a way that I had never done before, so I purchased her other books/cookbooks right away. Tosca teaches how to eat healthy without feeling like you’re on a “diet” that is usually unattainable.  The books provide many recipes that are easy to make and also rich is flavor, also teaching how to work out in a way that is best for your body.  The part I like most about the ECD is the motivation she gives, and the knowledge there is about nutrition and fitness. I learned more from her than I probably ever have before and recommend the books to everyone, guys & gals!

Anywho, some exciting news- I have been selected as a guest blogger for The Eat-Clean Diet Vegetarian Cookbook on Tosca Reno’s blog.
My post will go live on May 25th so if you’re interested in reading it, check out  http://toscareno.blogspot.ca/ !
